No. We bring everything needed for your meals. You don't have to worry about shopping, planning or stocking ingredients.
You log in to our web app with your phone number or email and select your meals for the day or week. You can update your selections anytime before the cutoff time.
Yes, we try to assign a dedicated cook for consistency. If the cook is unavailable, we send a trained replacement.
Yes. You enter your calorie/protein goals in the app, and our system + chefs plan and cook the meals accordingly.
Yes, just the basics:

We bring only the ingredients.
After using your high protein quota, all remaining meals will be standard base meals (20g protein). You'll still get your full 48 meals for the month. You can also upgrade your plan anytime if you need more high protein meals.
We have 100+ dishes in our menu, including both veg and non-veg options. New dishes are added regularly based on seasonal availability and member feedback.
After you register, our relationship manager will call you and finalise the date and time slots for your 3 trial meals.
You can enter these in the app. Your cook will avoid those ingredients completely.
